Dining at the Spice Merchant offers you a unique and joyous experience, with a promise of all freshly prepared dishes, cooked with the finest herbs, spices and authentic ingredients.

We do not serve alcoholic drinks, so we ask that diners bring their own – we do not charge a corkage fee.

As all of our food is cooked from scratch, we politey ask diners to allow us a little extra time during service to ensure your food is served with the best flavours and with proper heat.

Management reserves the right to refuse service without giving any reasons – we always welcome your feedback.
